KVB recognizes standout volunteers at appreciation event

The following volunteers were recognized at the event:

  • KVB Circle of Honor: Richard and Delores Torres and family; Tiffany Totah
  • Volunteer of the Year: James Chinowith
  • Team of the Year: City of Victoria Development Services
  • Power in Numbers: Victoria West High School National Honor Society

The KVB Circle of Honor was created in 2024 to honor those who have won an individual or team award three times. Honorees’ names are inscribed on a plaque at City Hall.
