Site plans are required for any new developments including:
Manufactured home park
Site plans are additionally required for:
Construction of new off-street parking, loading, or storage facility
Expansion of any existing off-street parking, loading, or storage facility
Surfacing of any existing unpaved off-street parking, loading, or storage facility
Generally, site plans must address the following concerns:
Fences (when applicable)
Storm water drainage
Site Plan Submittal Schedule
Site plan applications and all required accompanying materials shall be submitted no later than 2 pm on each Monday.
Red-lined Plans to Consultant: red-lines (required revisions) will typically be made available to the consultant after ten working days after 1 pm.
Revised Plans Resubmitted: revised plans shall be submitted no later than 4 pm on or before the following Monday.
