Super District 6 - Mark Loffgren

Mark Loffgren is the City Council representative for Super District 6, which encompasses Districts 3 and 4. He was born in Oakland, Calif., graduated from high school in England, and returned to California where he earned his bachelor's degree from UCSC and graduate coursework from UCB. He was recruited by H-E-B to work for the Victoria location where he retired as its store director. He is a member of the Victoria Sales Tax Development Corporation, the Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission, the Victoria MPO Policy Advisory Committee, and the I-69 Alliance Board. Loffgren was first elected to the City Council in 2019.
